I chose to visit the Cave of Apocalypse in Patmos and booked a stay at Grikos Hotel for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful roof garden with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and Grikos Bay. The snack bar offered delicious Greek handmade finger food and homemade refreshments, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

Breakfast could definitely improve: limited fresh options, canned fruits, and preboiled eggs. Lack of variety over a longer stay.

The rooms at Grikos Hotel are well equipped and provide all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The charmingly decorated triple rooms are perfect for families or friends, with three separate beds or a queen size bed and a single bed. As a guest with children, I found the room to be spacious and cozy, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

While the rooms were great overall, I personally found the manually operated air conditioning to be a slight inconvenience. However, I understand that others may still find it enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Grikos and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hallway was inviting and the room spacious and comfortable. The finishing touches throughout the hotel were eye-catching. The breakfasts were a delight, with stunning views over the sea. It was also fantastic to be just a few steps away from the beach and have a selection of restaurants closeby.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had a lovely terrace which offered fantastic views of the bay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay during my city break. the location was perfect, with several restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance.

There were some drawbacks during my stay. The wifi was extremely unreliable, with frequent interruptions and a limited number of connections.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice touch of free water and slippers. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace had amazing views and delicious homemade options. The service and staff were exceptional, making us feel like part of their family. They assisted us with everything, from restaurant reservations to business needs. The hotel had great amenities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a bar/lounge area. The location was perfect, close to the beach with beautiful views. This family-run hotel provided EXCELLENT value for the price and we will definitely be returning to Patmos, with this hotel as our top choice.

Greek Traditional Homemade breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel's cute garden was like having breakfast in my own cozy backyard, with delicious homemade treats and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The buffet selection at breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. One highlight of our stay was trying the food at BENETOS Restaurant, which was simply wow! The owners of the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel like family. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a view from the balcony and some improvements needed at breakfast, overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Grikos Bay.

We loved staying at this family-run hotel in Grikos Bay. The owner and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for the three of us, and we especially loved the rooftop garden/breakfast area with its stunning view of the bay. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and three restaurants. The bus service and taxi service were also convenient for exploring the area.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The hosts, Eleni and her family, were delightful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were responsive, flexible, and even accommodated our late check-in. The highlight of our day was enjoying the delicious breakfast on the hotel's rooftop, with a refreshing breeze and a stunning view of Grikos bay. The selection of savory and sweet options, fresh coffee, and daily specialty cooked by the staff made it a joy to start the day!
